Client Services

Collapsed electrical power transmission pylons in Québec after the Ice Storm of January 1998. Power was lost in a large swath of the New England states and eastern Canadian provinces, endangering human life and safety in mid-winter conditions. The storm led to changes in electric utility grid planning and in regional emergency preparedness.

Client services are provided on a fee basis to clients.

These contribute value directly to specific organizations using our expertise and the tools, methods, and other resources developed by the Institute.

This is one important way in which we advance our mission.

If you would like to find out more about the Institute’s client services, or request proposals or quotes, please contact Program Manager Ralph Meima.
